  • Freight quote forms: name, company, email, phone, cargo details, origin, destination.
  • Carrier applications: name, phone, truck details, experience, route preferences.
  • Call bookings: name, email, phone, selected time slot.
  • Newsletter sign-ups: email address only.
  • Website analytics: page views and referrers via Plausible Analytics (no cookies, no personal data).

3. How we use your data

  • To respond to freight and carrier enquiries.
  • To send quote confirmations and booking reminders.
  • To send newsletters (with your explicit consent; unsubscribe link in every email).
  • To improve our website and services (aggregated, anonymised analytics only).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Data storage and security

Form submissions are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon.tech (EU region). All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.2+. We use secure API tokens for all third-party service integrations (Mailgun, n8n). Access to the database is restricted to Mirkaani operations staff on a need-to-know basis.

5. Data retention

  • Quote and carrier enquiries: retained for 24 months, then deleted.
  • Newsletter subscribers: retained until you unsubscribe.
  • Call bookings: retained for 12 months.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email us at info@mirkaani.ge with the subject line "Data Request". We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics provider (Plausible) is cookieless and does not collect personal data. No cookie consent banner is necessary.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
