1. Acceptance

By using this website or submitting a freight enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms govern your use of mirkaani.ge and any services arranged through it.

2. Freight quotes and contracts

Quotes provided via this website are indicative only and subject to final confirmation by Mirkaani dispatch. A binding freight contract is formed only when Mirkaani issues a written Order Confirmation (by email or WhatsApp). All freight services are subject to Mirkaani's standard freight terms, provided at the time of booking.

3. Liability

Mirkaani's liability for cargo loss or damage is governed by the CMR Convention (Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road) for international shipments, and by Georgian law for domestic movements. Liability is limited to the statutory CMR maximum unless a higher declared value is agreed in writing at booking.

Mirkaani is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events including border closures, extreme weather, road accidents, customs authority decisions, or civil unrest.

4. Carrier partnership

Carrier partners who submit applications via this website are not employees of Mirkaani. Each carrier engagement is governed by a separate Subcontractor Agreement. Submission of a carrier application does not constitute a guarantee of work or payment.

5. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not: scrape or harvest data from the site, submit false or misleading information in forms, attempt to interfere with the site's operation, or impersonate Mirkaani or its staff.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, design, and the Mirkaani name and mark — is the property of Mirkaani Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
